Fair Shipping
We are proud to offer our customers real-time shipping rates based on weight and delivery zone.
You pay exactly what your shipping charges cost. No markup. No handling fee. This saves money.
You also choose which shipping option is right for your order. Domestic customers have five options.
In the past, we could only offer flat rate shipping. It was simply impossible to add up all the variables automatically. The recent update to our web site makes this possible. Note: The ability to track the shipment of an order is extremely important. If you live in an area that permits cost effective delivery by either UPS Ground or Priority Mail, we urge you to select UPS Ground. Priority Mail provides delivery confirmation but no has no tracking capability.

How does this work?
The weight of each product is entered into our web site database. As you select your moccasins, boots or hats, a running total of their weight is calculated. Should you remove a product from your shopping cart, the weight of that product is deducted. When you enter your zip code, or check out, the cart considers the total weight, warehouse location, destination and looks up the real time rates of the United Parcel Service and the U.S. Postal Service. You are then presented with the rates and may select which shipping option you desire.
What about orders on the catalog order form?The catalog order form still includes fixed prices on shipping. We tried to figure out a way to include the weights of each item on the order form, plus UPS zone delivery, etc.. It was just too complicated. Should you wish to use a hard copy order form, please feel free to use the cart shipping calculator on this site to determine your real-time shipping costs. Or, you may contact us and we will calculate them for you.
I am placing an order for shipment to Istanbul... Milan... Amsterdam... Copenhagen... Osaka... Seoul... What rates should I use? The cart will calculate the shipping weight of your items, look up the Global Express Mail charge for shipment to your address based on the weight, and return the exact, correct rate. We have tested this option extensively and it works. Furthermore, Global Express Mail allows you to track your order the entire way. (If you are using our catalog order form, as in the past, please email, fax or call us with the items you wish, and we will provide you with the exact shipping cost to destinations outside North America.)
