You may use the category bars in the left hand column to find your favorite style. (We apologize, these differ from our catalog. We thought these categories made more sense. If you don't agree, please tell us!) We hope to have a "e;Shop By Catalog Page"e; section available shortly.
You may also use the Search function in the top, right hand corner, to search by style number, color, material or description. This is a much faster way to shop if you know exactly what style number you wish.

How our shopping process works:

Please note:
1.) Your login password is encrypted. We cannot see or alter it. If you forget your password (we have so many in our lives today!), you can email it to yourself from the Login screen. Your password will only be sent to the original email address that you provided.
2.) No prior credit card information is accessible when a customer logs in. (Yes, this is an inconvenience. But we chose the highest level of security to protect your information.)
3.) Minnetonka-By-Mail uses Verisign 128-Bit SSL in addition to a Verisign Payment Gateway. These are the most secure encryption and payment processing options available today. You will find these on Fortune 1000 sites. These additional security measure for our customers were expensive. But, we believe, you deserve nothing less.
4.) When you make a purchase from us, your credit card information is automatically compared to the credit card billing information on file with your bank or credit card company. If they do not match, your order will be rejected. This works very well for most domestic U.S. and Canadian addresses but may cause a problem with international orders. If you encounter a problem, please call or email us! We apologize for any inconvenience. Please understand that this also protects us from fraudulent orders.
