Pending- Your order is waiting to be transmitted to the warehouse. (We transmit orders twice daily, Monday through Friday.)

Warehouse- Your order has been sent to the warehouse, but it has not yet shipped.

Review- Your international order has been sent to the warehouse and is en route to New York. (All international orders, except Canada, are fulfilled from New York to insure correct customs paperwork.)

Shipped- Your order has shipped. Please select the tracking number for detailed information on United Parcel Service and Global Express Mail shipments. Priority Mail shipments will only indicate a ship date. (USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority Mail.)
