How to Order
Minnetonka Moccasins run true to size. Please order your regular shoe size. If the style you wish is not made in a half size, please order the next full size up. For additional sizing information, please see the "e;Sizing and Materials"e; link in the left colunm.
Track Your Order
Please select the "e;Track Your Order"e; link on the top navigation bar to track your order. Detailed tracking is available for UPS, Express Mail and Global Express Mail shipments. Additionally, if you provide your email address for website, telephone or mail orders, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a direct link to UPS or USPS for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept any new, unused item for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Please include a copy of your packing slip, a brief note indicating your wishes, and if an exchange is desired, $5.00 to return your new items to you.
Please DO NOT mark the shoe box or use it as a shipping box.

International Orders
We have been delivering orders to our international clients since 1985.
We welcome payment in U.S. Dollars by credit card, Paypal or International Postal Money Order.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail (GEM). This expedited,fully trackable, delivery service ensures that your order will reach most countries in Europe, Asia or Latin America within 3-5 business days after shipment. Our international order preparation includes complete and correct customs forms. (Note: The time required for in-country customs processing varies by country.)
Your international delivery charge is automatically calculated during the checkout process on this site. Or, you may contact us by telephone, fax, email or postal mail to determine the cost of shipping. Please list the style numbers you wish. Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination. Global Express Mail rates are listed on the U.S. Postal Service website at
http://www.usps.gov
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the the recipient when shipping to countries other than the United States.
International Guidelines:
• International orders (with the exception of Canada) are generally shipped within 3 business days from our office in New York City. This allows us to complete the appropriate customs documentation and present your package to our local post office. Because your order is shipped from New York, this also means that your package will be placed, usually within 24 hours, on a direct flight to an international airport near you.
• Canadian orders are shipped the same or next business day from Minneapolis.
• Your initial order MUST be delivered to the billing address of the credit card holder.
• We DO verify the billing address of new international customers with our credit card processor.
• International customers, like domestic customers, are responsible for the postage on returns and exchanges.
• We regret that we cannot deliver to the following countries at this time: Angola, Cambodia, Congo, Cuba, Indonesia, Lebanon, Libya, Maylasia, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Somalia, Syria, Uganda, Western Sahara, Yemen
